Shipping
Shipping is available to all parts of the UK, with rates for postage & packaging of small & medium items included within the listing price. For larger items and furniture, designated shipping or courier can be arranged - please get in touch via email to receive a delivery quote.
If you’re interested in purchasing an item outside of the UK, please get in touch to receive an international shipping quote.
All items will be shipped within 3-5 working days, unless stated otherwise, and you’ll be provided with a tracking number once shipping has taken place. If you require your parcel sooner, or need to delay delivery, please get in touch via email (or leave a note when purchasing) and we’ll do our best to accomodate.
Returns
All sales are final, items are are non-returnable and non-refundable. Whilst we do our best to package and ship all items carefully, accidents can happen during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we’ll investigate this with our courier and do our best to resolve this. If you have any questions about an item ahead of purchasing, please get in touch and we’d be happy to share additional information.
Terms of Sale
All our items are sold as seen & described, with any signs of wear or flaws to the item referenced on the listing details. Due to the age and history of a lot of the items, some form of use is expected and we believe this is part of the charm. Please ensure that you’re happy with the condition ahead of purchasing.
